Mint Leaves are the dried, crumpled whole and broken leaves of peppermint. They are a dark green colour with a strong, clean, sweet menthol flavour. Mint leaves combine well with thyme and oregano, they are great for marinades, sauces and even in desserts for a subtle, cool flavouring.
